Back to the park!

Well, a successful day at the park this week! And I didn't lose Madison! Sherry and I were able to get a few more friends from work to come with their little ones. It was so much fun! We parked ourselves in the shade to the left of the stage this time. this gave Madison the entire front of the stage to dance where I could see her perfectly. She was the first one out there and soon had many little friends. True to her character she found a cute little girl that latched on to her and gave me hugs all day! We ate our lunch that we packed from Goolrick's and had snow cones for dessert. Madison was able to introduce her little friends Carter and Alyx to their first snow cone! Madison also got to see baby Madelyn who had so kindly found her way out of her mommy's tummy since the last time we had been with Christina and Carter. She immediately started making silly faces at her to make her smile and said "ohhh look mommy, look at the little toes!" After the park (and a long walk with 3 flat tires on the stroller--leave it to me) Madison and I headed to the movies to see UP. And boy was it cute! All in all one of those days you have to love as a parent. Seeing your child running, laughing and happy and then snuggling up in a movies and sharing popcorn!
