Stinky Success!

Well, today it happened... Madison pooped in her potty! It was very exciting as it ws the first time she has done any more than sit on it. She wasn't sure it was such a big deal and looked at Aaron and I like we had lost our minds while we did the "poo-poo in the potty dance." We then carried it upstairs and flushed it together. What a big girl. Daddy took a picture too, but I'll spare you that one! =o)

She had a pretty big day. We went grocery shopping in the morning, but first stopped at Dollar General to find something to occupy her while we shopped. We found the perfect thing... Some pretty feather boas, and bangles... She was in heaven! She also spotted an Elmo cinch sac. By the time we got into Bloom she looked like a little princess, and was an angel the whole trip.

Madison has also really taken to having Murphy around, though I am quite sure Murphy will be glad to go home. If she hadn't gotten it by now, I have no doubt she knows her name is Murphy after this week, or "Mur..." atleast. I'm not sure what Madison is trying to prove to us about her dedication to animals and ability to care for them, but she has taken on the responsibility of walking Murphy and handing out her treats. It really is cute. Keep dreaming little one... no dogs here... She has 3 already. 1 at Grandpa's and 2 at Grandaddy's. That will do.
